The Limits of E-Learning

In many countries, especially in crises and in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an enthusiastic shift towards exploring the potential of e-learning for education. But we must be careful about how this is implemented. It should be remembered that access to the internet is not universal, and even where it is available, data can be costly.
