UNICEF Digital Learning in Emergencies: Frameworks, Approaches, Initiatives
This document is an internal guidance resource for UNICEF Country Offices, but also relevant to other Education in Emergencies (EiE) actors. Developed by the Education unit within the Programme Group, it provides a strategic approach to digital learning in emergency settings and fragile contexts. UNICEF envisions digital learning to expand and explore diversified learning modalities to reach children within a comprehensive approach to maintaining learning continuity for crisisaffected children aged 3-19 years, transforming moments of crisis into foundations for continued protection, growth and hope. It complements the UNICEF Global Strategy on Digital Learning.
